About the Role

BBA Consultants is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Apparatus Project Leader to join our Transmission and Distribution Lines team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for leading electrical apparatus projects from feasibility studies to commissioning and asset management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead project teams in the design and implementation of high- and medium-voltage electrical substations
  2. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  3. Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs
  4. Ensure compliance with Hydro-Québec standards and regulations
  5. Participate in site surveys and provide technical guidance to project teams

Requirements:

  1. University degree in electrical engineering or a related field
  2. Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec
  3. Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical apparatus projects at Hydro-Québec
  4. Excellent knowledge of specialized software such as MPI, MCT, CPI, and Logesdes
  5. Strong communication and leadership skills
