Job Summary
Northern Health is seeking an experienced and highly efficient Nursing Unit Clerk to support the General Psychiatry – Adult department. As a key member of the team, you will perform clerical functions related to the work of a nursing unit on the Adult Psychiatric Inpatient Unit.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to the nursing team
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
• Assist with patient care and communication
• Perform various clerical tasks, including data entry and phone calls
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operation of the unit

Requirements
• Grade 12, medical terminology, and graduation from a recognized Nursing Unit Clerk program
• One year's recent, related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to deal with others effectively and physically perform the duties of the position
