Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data models, mappings, and quality control processes to ensure accurate and reliable data migration.
  • Perform database analysis, mining, and query development to identify data inconsistencies and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data cleansing requirements and develop strategies to address data quality issues.
  • Design and implement data migration and integration processes to ensure seamless data transfer between systems.
  • Develop and maintain data dictionaries and documentation to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
  • Provide data quality awareness and training to staff members to ensure data integrity across the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or certification in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data quality, data analysis, data cleansing, and data migration activities.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, Java, and other programming languages and associated data cleansing and migration tools.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, profiling, mapping, and transformation.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
  • Experience with data quality tools such as Informatica Data Quality or similar.
  • BC Health Authority experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in migrating data to Salesforce.
