Pharmacy Manager Job Description

As a Pharmacy Manager at Shoppers Drug Mart / Pharmaprix, you will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the pharmacy, including providing consultation to customers and healthcare providers, dispensing medication, and maintaining the dispensary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage pharmacy operations, including workflow and inventory management
  • Provide consultation to customers and healthcare providers
  • Dispense medication and maintain the dispensary
  • Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and regulatory requirements
  • Communicate with other healthcare professionals to provide customer care
  • Maintain records and reports as required

  • Strong customer relations skills and a strong sense of professionalism
  • Superior problem-solving skills and experience formulating and executing action plans
  • Strong personal computing skills and knowledge of pharmacy systems
