About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at KASTNER APPRAISAL AND CONSULTING LTD. as a General Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs, allocating resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Departmental Management: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring effective team management.
  • Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, driving business growth.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Talent Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegating authority and creating optimum working conditions.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews, ensuring employees meet business objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior management role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Work Setting: Consulting firm environment with a fast-paced work environment.
  • Budgetary Responsibility: $500,001 - $1,500,000 budgetary responsibility.
  • Supervision: 5-10 people under supervision.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, and organized approach.
