Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

SHERE PUNJAB NIAGARA FALLS RES is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Hire and manage food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards, ensuring that all food and service meet our high standards.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, providing insights into food service operations and customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high pressure.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work in a noisy and hot environment, with exposure to odours and physical demands.
