Business Intelligence Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join our team. As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data models, creating dashboards and reports, and providing data insights to our business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design multi-dimension data models leveraging data in various formats (SQL, XML, xlsx, CSV, SharePoint directories, websites, etc.)
  • Work with business partners to secure dashboards/app data securely via AD groups and row-level security based on data and role
  • Build out a data management structure to allow re-use of data across multiple dashboards
  • Understand business, application, and security requirements provided by customers and translate these into technical specifications
  • Produce enterprise-level reporting to meet these requirements
  • Provide consultation to business partners on best practices and standardization when building out dashboards/apps
  • Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting to ensure quality audit-proof data is provided
  • Ensure successful deployment of our business intelligence strategy in collaboration with people leader, Power Platform team, and business partners

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in implementation, administration, configuration, and support of PowerBI dashboards/apps and Power Automate scripts
  • Working knowledge of SQL data manipulation
  • XML, XLSX, CSV, and other data source experience
  • Working knowledge of data warehouse
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to simplify and explain technical issues into understandable business language
