Assistant Store Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our dynamic team at Fields. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, developing a strong team, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop sales through timely execution of freight, maintenance of zone-a-grams, and compliance with store merchandising concepts.
  • Develop people through understanding and enforcing company policies, fostering team spirit, and performance management.
  • Deliver quality customer service by executing customer service initiatives, embodying our values with PRIDE, and ensuring Fields' customer service standards are maintained.
  • Support operational controls by ensuring health & safety compliance, enforcing standard operating procedures, and executing opening and closing procedures.
Requirements:
  • Exposure to commercial or retail industry.
  • Strong customer service and leadership skills.
  • Ability to communicate professionally – verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated, shows initiative, proactive, and can work with minimal supervision.
  • Detail-oriented and possesses strong follow-through skills.
