Job Title: Retail Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Representative to join our team at BOTA VENTURES INC.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process sales transactions, handle cash, credit card, and debit card payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and provide advice to customers on products and services.
  • Operate a cash register, prepare sales contracts, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
