Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

Chillin' Buds is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card, and debit payments.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail sales or a related field.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
