We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Project Manager to join our Systems Integration Project Office. As a key member of our team, you will work as an executor, team leader, and expert to deliver audiovisual solutions for various sectors.

The successful candidate will have a minimum diploma or degree in construction, project management, or engineering and a minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in construction project management or a related field. High-level project management in the audiovisual industry and experience managing a team are major assets.

You will be responsible for managing your own projects and the activities of your team, ensuring a level of performance and expertise in accordance with the company's requirements. You will also provide assistance and support for project planning, problem-solving, and profitability.

A competitive compensation package, including a salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, group insurance plan, corporate savings plan with employer contribution, opportunities for training and career advancement, reimbursement of professional and development fees, and an employee assistance program, make this an attractive opportunity for the right candidate.

To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate positive leadership skills, collaborate effectively with colleagues, innovate, and be open to new ideas and changes. Strong interpersonal and relationship skills are essential, as well as a CTS certification and experience in blueprint reading (assets).
