Job Summary

DS Electric Inc. is seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Maintenance: Install surface mount and/or overhead cables, conduct preventive maintenance programs, and ensure electrical systems are functioning properly.
  • Troubleshooting and Repair: Troubleshoot and isolate faults, test and measure voltage, loads, ground faults integrity of circuits, and splice, join and connect wires.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Keep maintenance reports and documentation up-to-date, and read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail in all interactions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in electrical installation and maintenance.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Physically demanding work environment.
