Leading Business Critical Process Optimization and Development
- Coordinate and facilitate workshops with cross-functional, geographically dispersed stakeholders to drive process improvements and close gaps.
- Develop business process maps to identify areas of improvement and develop plans to address them.
- Analyze processes to identify breakdowns and develop strategies to rectify them.
- Work with stakeholders to implement process improvements and ensure expected benefits are realized.
- Develop and implement data visualizations to support data-driven decision making and effective governance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and document visualization requirements and develop BI reports that meet those needs.
