Serpa Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM SRT is seeking an experienced Shop Foreman / Master Technician to lead our service department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that repairs are executed accurately and promptly by our skilled technicians, while upholding a consistently high standard of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Recruit and motivate skilled service technicians to ensure efficient and high-quality repairs.
  • Assist technicians in enhancing their skills and staying up-to-date with industry regulations.
  • Oversee adherence to manufacturer warranty and policy procedures.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews for technicians, assign repairs equitably, and provide technical support when needed.
  • Ensure accurate billing of repairs, monitor progress throughout the day, and conduct thorough quality checks on completed jobs.
  • Maintain meticulous records, follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, and promptly address any complaints.
  • Utilize performance metrics and tools to manage department efficiency, productivity, and customer service.
  • Monitor technicians' productivity and shop conditions, recommending equipment purchases and ensuring proper tool care and inventory.

**Requirements:**
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Over 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.

  • Domestic knowledge is an asset.
  • Strong communication skills.
