Commercial Insurance Specialist

**About the Role**
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Insurance Advisor to join our team at BrokerLink. As a Commercial Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, advising on insurance matters, and developing new business opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide front-line customer service to Commercial Lines clients
* Advise on insurance matters, conduct needs assessments, and recommend solutions
* Sell new policies and retain existing business
* Quote new business through outbound call initiatives and introductory letters
* Contact Underwriters and Adjusters to discuss guidelines and policy
* Prepare documentation for insurers and complete applications for clients
**Requirements**
* High School and/or Post-Secondary Education
* Commercial Insurance experience an asset
* Alberta General Level 1 License required
* EPIC experience is an asset
* CISCO Finesse experience is an asset
* Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook
* Excellent customer service skills and conflict resolution abilities
* Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
* Strong analytical and organizational skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
