  • Develop and Implement Operational Plans: Create and execute plans to prioritize tasks, optimize workflows, and improve productivity.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, and communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper maintenance and repair of equipment, and coordinate with vendors as needed.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate activities with other teams and departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Mentorship: Offer guidance and support to team members, helping them to develop their skills and advance in their careers.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Supervision: 5-10 people.
