Job Title: Home Health Care Worker - WAENGLER FAMILY

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Care Worker to join our team at WAENGLER FAMILY. As a Home Health Care Worker, you will provide personal care and companionship to elderly and disabled individuals in their own homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients
  • Assist clients with regular exercise, such as walking
  • Launder clothing and household linens
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals to clients

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Work Environment: Our Home Health Care Workers work in the clients' homes, providing one-on-one care and support. This is a non-smoking environment.

Security and Safety: All of our Home Health Care Workers undergo a thorough background check and are required to have a valid criminal record check.

Weight Handling: Our Home Health Care Workers may be required to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) on a regular basis.

Personal Suitability: We are looking for individuals who are punctual, client-focused, dependable, flexible, and have excellent initiative and judgement.
