We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Data Analyst Professional to join our team at Humber River Health, a leading healthcare provider in the Greater Toronto Area. As a key member of our analytics team, you will play a crucial role in unlocking insights that drive high-quality patient care and inform strategic decision-making.

About the Role

This is a Temporary Full-Time position with a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and interpretation, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain complex databases and data systems to support analytics initiatives
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
  • Collaborate with clinicians, leaders, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and develop targeted solutions
  • Design and implement reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to communicate insights effectively
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Statistics, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare analytics or a related field
  • Expert-level proficiency in MS Office Suite and data analysis tools (e.g. SAS, R Studio)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
