Job Title: Meat Department Supervisor

The David Sullivan Group of Companies LTD. - IGA#016 is seeking a highly skilled Meat Department Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the meat department, including establishing work schedules, preparing sales reports, and resolving customer requests.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish work schedules and delegate tasks to team members
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering and receiving stock
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, ensuring excellent customer service and a clean store environment


Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment
  • Availability for the advertised start date
  • Previous experience in this field of employment
  • Permanent employment
  • 40 hours per week
  • English as the primary language of work
