Retail Store Manager

As a Retail Store Manager at Organic Warehouse, you will be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations, planning and organizing daily operations, managing staff and assigning duties, and studying market research and trends to determine consumer demand and potential sales volumes.

- Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives.
- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure optimal performance.
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and potential sales volumes.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
- Determine staffing requirements to meet business needs.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure a high-performing team.
