Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Lead Mechanical Engineer to join our team at ISOTECH Industries. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from conceptualization to completion.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research into the feasibility, design, operation, and performance of mechanisms, components, and systems.
  • Analyze dynamics and vibrations of mechanical systems and structures to ensure optimal performance.
  • Supervise and inspect the installation of mechanical systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and implement maintenance standards, schedules, and programs to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Investigate mechanical failures or unexpected maintenance problems to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Plan and manage projects, including preparing material, cost, and timing estimates, reports, and design specifications for machinery and systems.
  • Prepare contract documents and evaluate tenders for industrial construction or maintenance projects.
  • Supervise technicians, technologists, and other engineers, reviewing and approving designs, calculations, and cost estimates.
Requirements:
  • A Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or processing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of SolidWorks software, AutoCAD, MS Windows, project management software, computer-aided design (CAD), and Autodesk REVIT.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
