We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Operations Manager to join our team at Georgie's Beer & Wine Store.

Job SummaryThe Retail Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, and staff supervision. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our store.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that the store is adequately staffed at all times.
- Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels to ensure that the store is well-stocked and up-to-date.
- Autorize the return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise with customers or suppliers.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
- Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service to ensure that customers have a positive experience in the store.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help inform business decisions.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff, including providing guidance and support as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers.
- A strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable attitude.
The salary for this role is estimated to be between $55,000 and $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
