Restaurant Operations Manager

At Hong Thai Restaurant, we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine Service Offerings: Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize waste.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible deals.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
