We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at 1731563 Alberta Ltd. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our construction and renovation projects.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and layout building sites in accordance with building codes and regulations, using measuring tools and equipment.
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join various materials, including wood, wood substitutes, and lightweight steel, to create and install building components.
- Schedule and coordinate work on construction sites, ensuring timely completion of projects and effective use of resources.
- Supervise and lead a team of workers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Estimate costs and materials required for projects, ensuring accurate budgeting and resource allocation.
As a Carpenter with our company, you will work in a fast-paced construction and renovation environment, with a focus on quality and safety. You will be required to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a variety of weather conditions.
Requirements- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Group insurance benefits and a competitive salary.
- 35 to 40 hours per week of work, with occasional overtime required.
- Anglais as the primary language of communication.
