This Part-Time position is located in the Oshawa area. Key responsibilities include:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain effective Care Plans, communicate with patients and their families, and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams. A valid driver's license and vehicle are required for regular travel, and excellent English verbal and written communication skills are essential.
