Job Summary

The Seafood Clerk is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. As a Seafood Clerk, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of duties, including:

  • Adhering to all Food Safety Protocols and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Providing customer service to meet customer needs
  • Keeping work areas clean and presentable
  • Processing customer Seafood orders
  • Performing program execution and merchandising of product
  • Handling and preparing Seafood products
  • Increasing store sales by actively promoting products
  • Participating in the training of junior staff
  • Ordering and receiving stock in accordance with company inventory control procedures
  • Processing department shrink
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
