Job Description

Datsun is seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen management, with experience in estimating labor costs, maintaining records, and supervising staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate labor costs and maintain accurate records
  • Supervise activities of specialist chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers
  • Demonstrate new cooking techniques and equipment to staff
  • Prepare and cook complete meals for events and special guests
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
