As an Aviation Systems Specialist Trainee, you'll gain hands-on experience in supporting and maintaining critical systems required for safe and efficient air traffic management.
To excel in this position, you'll need to have:
- A secondary school diploma or equivalent, along with a recognized diploma or degree in Engineering Technology, Computer Sciences, Electronics Engineering Technology, or an equivalent program completed within the last 10 years
- A valid driver's license
- The ability to lift objects as needed
Beyond these basic requirements, we're looking for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, enjoy working collaboratively, and have recent and relevant coursework. If you're a creative problem-solver with a customer service focus and a strong understanding of our core business and commitment to safety, we encourage you to apply.
We offer competitive salaries, a full range of opportunities for growth and development, and an attractive pension plan. Our training salary ranges from approximately $52,753 to $85,095, based on qualifications and experience. Once you complete your training, you'll move to the $82,660 to $112,812 range, with increases as you gain experience and progress through classification levels. Some travel may be required.
