Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Office Operations Manager to join our team at Aarav Consulting Inc. As the primary point of contact for office-related matters, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to office support staff, prioritizing deadlines and workflow.
  • Maintain accurate records and documents, adhering to privacy laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory controls.
  • Prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence as required.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
Benefits:

Aarav Consulting Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
