Senior Business Analyst Opportunity

CQ Search Group Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business strategy and process improvement initiatives for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improvement
  • Lead business process re-engineering initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Conduct feasibility studies to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Facilitate Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions to gather requirements and develop specifications
  • Design and implement system enhancements to improve business processes
  • Provide user training and support to ensure successful system adoption
  • Develop and maintain business cases and cost-benefit analyses to support project decisions
Requirements:
  • 10+ years' experience in business analysis and modeling
  • 10+ years' experience in applying business modeling techniques/tools in a way that the developed artifacts can be reused and leveraged for multiple projects
  • Experience in development of business strategies, business process re-engineering, business case development and cost-benefit analysis, feasibility studies, JAD facilitation, process improvement, system enhancements, user training, and screen design
  • Proven ability to support clients in development of presentation materials, briefing notes, etc. related to the project
  • Good understanding of OPS corporate policy development and communications business processes and general practices
  • Good understanding of the components of the Government of Ontario's senior level reporting as it exists today, and the types of decision-making tools used

MUST HAVE:

  • 10+ years' experience in business analysis and modeling
  • 10+ years' experience in applying business modeling techniques/tools in a way that the developed artifacts can be reused and leveraged for multiple projects
  • Experience in development of business strategies, business process re-engineering, business case development and cost-benefit analysis, feasibility studies, JAD facilitation, process improvement, system enhancements, and user training
