At PAL Aerospace, we're seeking skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineers to join our dynamic team in Montreal, QC. As a key member of our Maintenance team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft.

Our Operations:

PAL Airlines Flight Line: You'll be part of a fast-paced, dynamic operation that includes all maintenance checks and repairs carried out in the flight line, i.e. between flights or overnights. This includes layover checks up to A-checks, engine changes, and propeller replacements.

Rotation Shifts: Rotations will be on 2 weeks on – 2 weeks off basis, working 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Required: Completed Transport Canada approved Aircraft Maintenance Course with a valid M1/M2 Aircraft Maintenance License
  • Required: Dash 8-300 and/or Dash 8 Q400 endorsement
  • Experience in flight line operations would be considered an asset;
  • The ability to work both independently and in a team environment;
  • Troubleshooting skills;
  • Must possess strong interpersonal, decision-making, organization and communication skills; and
  • Knowledge of Transport Canada Regulations.
  • Must be flexible to work all shifts and adapt to fluctuations in shift times due to operational and/or unforeseen situations.
