We are seeking qualified applicants for Aircraft Maintenance Engineers to join our Maintenance team in Montreal, QC. Our team maintains DHC-8 aircraft and offers a fast-paced, dynamic operation with rotations on a 2 weeks on – 2 weeks off basis.

Our Operations:

PAL Airlines Flight Line: Daily line maintenance support for Eastern Canada's largest regional carrier. Our operations include all maintenance checks and repairs carried out in the flight line, including layover checks up to A-checks, engine changes, and propeller replacements.

Rotation Shifts: Rotations will be on a 2 weeks on – 2 weeks off basis, working 12-hour shifts. Terms would last between 3 to 6 months, with the possibility of extension.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Required: Completed Transport Canada approved Aircraft Maintenance Course with a valid M1/M2 Aircraft Maintenance License
  • Required: Dash 8-300 and/or Dash 8 Q400 endorsement
  • Experience in flight line operations would be considered an asset;
  • The ability to work both independently and in a team environment;
  • Troubleshooting skills;
  • Must possess strong interpersonal, decision-making, organization and communication skills;
  • Knowledge of Transport Canada Regulations.
  • Must be flexible to work all shifts and adapt to fluctuations in shift times due to operational and/or unforeseen situations.
