Job Title: Truck Drivers Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our team at JOBAN TRANSPORT LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of 5-15 truck drivers, ensuring they meet safety and productivity standards.
  • Manage daily operations, including scheduling, route planning, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize routes and reduce transportation costs.
  • Monitor driver performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve efficiency and safety.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 5-10 years of experience in transportation or logistics, with a focus on supervisory roles.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
