Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Kensington Natural Bakery Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes
- Operate machinery and equipment to mix, knead, and bake dough
- Requisition and order materials and supplies as needed
- Ensure the quality of products meets our high standards
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Organize and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies
- Collaborate with the production team to meet production schedules and deadlines
- 1-6 months of experience in a bakery or related environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
