About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Brandt Group of Companies. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by accurately placing orders, processing shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding order status, pricing, and shipping times.
  • Order Processing: Place orders with suppliers, manage inventory levels, and coordinate shipments to meet customer demands.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to orders, inventory, or customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using multiple web applications and technical programs, with a strong understanding of inventory management systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, workflows, and technologies.
  • Languages: Fluency in both English and French is considered an asset.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
