Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Server Support Specialist to join our team at Jump Restaurant. As a Server Support Specialist, you will provide exceptional support to our servers by ensuring the highest level of service and quality in our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and Maintain Tables: Ensure all tables are properly set, clean, and stocked with necessary items.
  • Food Running and Quality Control: Assist servers with food running, monitor food quality, and ensure that all dishes meet our high standards.
  • Section Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized section, including restocking condiments and supplies as needed.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Communicate effectively with servers and hosts to ensure seamless service and maximize seating.
  • Adhere to Food Safety Standards: Follow all food safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy dining environment.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.

Requirements:

  • Availability: Full availability required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Education: Degree or diploma in Hospitality or equivalent considered an asset.
  • Certifications: Smart Serve Certification required.
  • Skills: High attention to detail, ability to remain calm under pressure, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication skills.
