Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Downtown Mohali Developments Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, Train, Direct, and Motivate Staff: Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage Contracts: Negotiate and manage contracts with clients and partners to ensure successful business relationships.
  • Market Business Services: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our business services and products.
  • Plan and Control Budget and Expenditures: Manage and control the sales and marketing budget to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Answer Written and Oral Inquiries: Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain and Manage Digital Database: Develop and maintain a digital database to track client interactions and sales performance.
  • Consult with Clients after Sale: Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain high levels of attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping.
  • Work under Pressure: Work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines and achieve business objectives.
Experience:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a leadership role.
