About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead our utility projects in Vancouver. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing projects from start to finish.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in the utilities industry. They will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute projects from start to finish
  • Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in construction management, preferably in the utilities industry
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or architecture
