Shop Lead Manager

As a Shop Lead Manager at Kit and Ace, you are responsible for providing our guests with a world-class customer experience in the areas of product and culture. You embody the spirit of our brand and are able to communicate our values effectively. Your passion for design and commitment to integrity are essential qualities for this role.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Support the development of a culture that balances financial results with a fun and dynamic atmosphere
  • Foster an environment of continuous learning and development that embraces individuality
  • Coach and train Educators to evolve shop functions and flow
  • Communicate special features, benefits, fabric properties, usage, and best care instructions
  • Maintain knowledge of in-shop stock availability and ensure the shop is clean and well-presented
  • Process stock from warehouse, including unpacking, counting, tagging, folding, and placing on the floor
  • Assist with re-stocking and pricing duties, including sale and holiday preparation
  • Prepare merchandise for tailoring/alteration and arrange for mail and/or delivery as required
  • Complete standard opening and closing procedures and utilize the Point of Sale system accurately
  • Participate in staff training and showroom events as scheduled

Competencies:



  • 1+ year management experience preferred
  • An undergraduate business-related degree or diploma
  • Passion for delivering premier customer service and exceeding customer expectations
  • Optimistic, passionate, friendly, and authentic with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a team-focused environment and handling difficult customer conversations
  • Honest and positive with a strong work ethic and flexible schedule
