As Shop Director, you will be responsible for managing a retail environment that exceeds customer expectations. This dynamic role requires you to create exceptional brand experiences and develop a high-performing team of leaders. Your entrepreneurial spirit and ability to adapt to changing market conditions will be essential in driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Identify business opportunities, develop strategies to achieve sales and profit objectives, and direct team efforts towards guest experience, growth, and operational excellence.
  • Team Development: Coach, develop, and lead by example, spending 70% of your time on the shop floor to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Financial Management: Manage shop budgets and labour costs to ensure a profitable business, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Employee Development: Hire, develop, and retain an exceptional team that can drive strategy and produce results.
  • Culture Development: Support the development of a culture that balances financial results and execution focus with a fun, dynamic, and creative atmosphere.
  • Leadership Development: Allocate 30% of your time to lead, develop, coach, and guide your team in establishing goals and developing their competencies that drive performance.
Requirements:
  • 2+ Years of Management Experience: Proven track record of managing teams and driving business growth.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and drive business growth.
  • Guest-Centric: Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Results-Oriented: Ability to drive results and meet business objectives.

Reports to: Regional Manager

Working Team: Shop Team

Working Closely With: All other business departments
