Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Wholesale Operations to lead our sales and logistics team. The ideal candidate will have 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in managing staff and assigning duties, as well as determining merchandise and services to be sold.

About the Role:

The Executive Director of Wholesale Operations will be responsible for planning and organizing daily operations, managing staff, and determining staffing requirements. They will also be responsible for locating, selecting, and procuring merchandise for resale, as well as planning budgets and monitoring revenues and expenses.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Manage staff and assign duties to ensure that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Determine staffing requirements based on business needs and manage recruitment and selection processes.
  • Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, taking into account product quality, price, and availability.
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial sustainability.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
