We are seeking a skilled Construction Renovation Specialist to join our team at Han-Cor Construction.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of technical expertise and physical fitness. As a Construction Renovation Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the renovation of residential properties from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed layouts and measurements in accordance with building codes and regulations.
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join various materials including wood, steel, and other materials.
  • Construct foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
  • Fitting and installing windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
  • Supervising and instructing apprentices.
  • Estimating costs and material requirements.
Requirements
  • Carpenter Trade Certification or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the trade.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work safely at heights and in confined spaces.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 per year, plus benefits including dental plan, disability benefits, health care plan, vision care benefits, group insurance benefits, life insurance, and piece work.
