Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Contents Production Lead to join our Abbotsford team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the completion of all restoration contents claims from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track all claims to be processed, including location, status, and time to completion
  • Process contents, assist staff with questions, and train new staff on processing and quality control
  • Complete damage reports and provide to Department Manager
  • Use Encircle program to document all contents to be sent out to sub-trades for servicing/repairs
  • Communicate any POs required for internal sub-trades
  • Set up and attend viewings with Insureds, Project Managers, and/or Adjusters
  • Ensure claims are complete, contents are returned to the Department, and matched up with the balance of the claim
  • Keep track of contents going to laundry, assist where needed, and ensure completed laundry is matched up with the balance of the claim
  • Miscellaneous small deliveries to assist Lead Warehouse Technician
  • Track supplies and stock, place orders when needed
  • Cross-train for dispatch, assist Department Manager when setting up claims and creating job boards
  • Cross-train for forklift operation (forklift ticket required)

Requirements

  • 2-3 years in Contents restoration, preferably Lead experience
  • Strong communication skills for dealing with Insureds, Project Managers, and Adjusters
  • Driven to ensure customers receive timely, high-quality service while maintaining company compliance with insurance regulations, protocols, and timelines
  • Attitude of learning and ownership of the job
  • Organization, detail orientation, and accuracy
  • Strong ability to teach, motivate, and coach staff towards excellence
  • Problem-solving and investigative skills
  • Initiative to start jobs and finish them through to completion
  • Empathy with clients/customers who have experienced loss of personal property
