About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled professional to manage the patient process, including testing and fitting prospective hearing impaired individuals. As a Hearing Instrument Specialist, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional patient experience, conducting diagnostics, and providing follow-up care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care and education on hearing loss and available solutions
- Conduct hearing evaluations, tests, and examinations to determine the best hearing aid solution
- Sell hearing aids by educating patients on their hearing loss and the technology available to help them regain the gift of sound
- Provide follow-up care and checkups to ensure patient satisfaction
- Execute lead generation and business networking opportunities to drive growth and success
Requirements:
- New grads welcome
- Must be comfortable with the sales process and have a proven background of success selling hearing aids
- Superior commitment to excellence in patient care and customer service
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound decision-making and judgment skills
- Commitment to integrity, honesty, and respect for patients and internal staff
