Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our team at Kenny U-Pull, a division of AIM. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading our retail operations and ensuring exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Retail Management: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and customer loyalty; Manage inventory levels and make recommendations for adjustments; Collaborate with the local marketing team to respond to customer needs.
  • Production Management: Oversee daily operations of the site, ensuring smooth and efficient processes; Participate in site operations as needed.
  • Workforce Management: Lead and motivate your team; Conduct performance reviews and make final hiring decisions; Manage work schedules and identify potential talent for succession.
  • Financial Management: Manage financial resources and ensure the maintenance of the building; Monitor performance indicators and develop strategies to achieve objectives.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in customer service and team management.
  • Leadership and customer service skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
