About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Litigation Attorney to join our team at Therrien Couture Joli-Coeur. As a key member of our litigation team, you will be responsible for collaborating with colleagues to deliver a range of mandates in civil, commercial, and construction law.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute diverse mandates in litigation, ensuring timely progress and communication with stakeholders;
  • Provide mentorship to junior team members;
  • Contribute to the development of complex and innovative strategies for clients;
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in litigation, with expertise in civil, commercial, and construction law;
  • Proficiency in Juris Évolution software;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English;
  • High level of autonomy and organizational skills;
  • Ability to meet deadlines and respect ethical standards;
  • Client-centric approach and strong interpersonal skills;
