Job Title: Gas Station Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gas Station Team Lead to join our team at Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and managing cash.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise staff and assign sales workers to duties
  • Manage cash and prepare reports on sales volumes
  • Resolve customer requests and complaints
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a retail environment
