Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Gas Station Supervisor to join our Circle K team. As a key member of our retail store team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring a positive customer experience, and maintaining a high level of productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and assign tasks to sales workers to ensure seamless customer service and efficient store operations.
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales workers who embody our company values and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Order Merchandise: Coordinate the ordering and inventory management of merchandise to meet customer demand and maintain a well-stocked store.
  • Authorize Returns: Process customer returns and exchanges in a fair and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and minimize labor costs.
  • Sell Merchandise: Provide excellent customer service and promote sales of merchandise to meet customer needs.
  • Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory levels and organize stockroom to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Supervise Staff: Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to sales workers to ensure they meet performance expectations.
Supervision

As a Gas Station Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising 1-2 sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.

  • Organized: Maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient store operations.

  • Provides Awareness Training: Develop and implement awareness training programs to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities, newcomers, refugees, veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
Work Environment

As a Gas Station Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with customers, sales workers, and other team members to ensure seamless store operations.

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
