About the Role

As a key member of our Canadian Banking Branch network, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our small business clients. Your primary focus will be to manage a portfolio of high-value and complex relationships, achieving retention and negotiated goals while meeting Scotiabank's Service Standard.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop strong relationships with small business owners, understanding their financial needs and providing comprehensive advice to help them build successful businesses
* Partner with fellow advisors to create a customer-centric environment, driving business growth and retention
* Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor offerings, ensuring you can provide the best possible solutions for our clients
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and meet business objectives

Requirements

* Results-oriented attitude with a strong understanding of the small business market, including financial statements, risk management policies, and legal documentation
* Excellent business development skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with clients
* Strong organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
* Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
