**Job Summary**
The Lac La Ronge Indian Band's Education Department is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the position of Pre-Employment Case Worker. This is a full-time term position based out of La Ronge, SK.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct comprehensive case management processes to provide services for 18-64 year-old clients on Income Assistance in the community of Hall Lake and Sucker River.
- Assess client employability, needs, and barriers to employment, and develop Action Plans to promote employability.
- Coordinate case management supports and services, including referrals to programs and services for training, employment supports, and mental/addiction and job transition supports.
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor.
**Requirements:**
- Diploma in social sciences.
- One-year experience in counselling First Nations members.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to speak Cree and knowledge of the Woodland Cree culture is an asset.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Satisfactory Criminal Record, Vulnerable Sector Check, and Driver's Abstract.
